223 WSSM Loads?

Just purchased a Winchester mod 70 223 WSSM Feather weight Synthetic. I was not pleased with factory ammo in the factory rifle. After glass bedding and trigger job i have had some better accuracy sucess but think it can be better. Does any one know any load data for this cal. besides the typical stuff published everywhere. My real question is does anyone have any advice for 1.bullet gr weight,
2. Powder suggestions
3. Load charges
4.Primers?

Notice: I have also read of some problems loading over 4200 fps. in that the low density of the 22 caliber jackets actually disintegrates after exiting the mussel because of extreme RPM supposily over 300,000 rpm.

  federal case
  48.0 gr. H380
  Nosler 40gr ballistic tip
  OAL 2.200
  
  This load in my Browning Abolt 22" barrel chronographed at 3920 and shot 1/2" groups @ 100yds
  
  as far as suggested powders
  benchmark- with lite bullets
  H380
  blc-2
  Varget
  H414
  IMR 4064
  
  I have also used Fed 215 magnum primers
