I'm looking for data to load Winchester 748 Powder(because I have a few pounds of it) in to once fired WCC cases, with 63 grain SS109 green tip FMJ bullets. Would like to duplicate the military FPS for my AR15. Thanks

  25.0gr. of W-748 will give you about 2970fps.
  You can go to www.hodgdon.com and find Winchester powder data.
