reloading info on 223 sub sonic loads

Anyone have 223 sub sonic load info? I know they sell them but reload and want to try varmint grenade bullets and speer tnt thanks Vernon

  Be careful sending jacketed bullets out of rifle barrels and subsonic speeds...sometimes they don't make it all the way.

  Hodgdon has subsonic load data for .223.
  Bear in mind that you are getting a 50 or 55 grain bullet at less than 1100 fps. Not much more punch than a .22 WRM.
