Cheap case cleaner.
I know I am cheap. Have to be. We have five kids and work hard to avoid debt. I enjoy being creative to save cash.
My case cleaning method involves the following:
1. Basketball
2. Gallon size ziplock bag
3. Media (walnut hulls or whatever)
4. Duct tape.
You take the basketball and slit the seam about 1/3 of the way around the ball. Places the brass cases in the ziplock bag with about two cups of media. Place the ziplock bag through the slit into the basketball. Duct tape the slit. Put the ball in the trunk of your car/bed of your truck (with a cap or cover). As you make your trips the ball rolls around and cleans the cases. It is best to have an empty trunk.
I do a lot of driving for business so I can clean a lot of cases.
Ya, I know I'm cheap. [;)]

What does the ziplock bag do? 0 -

It keeps the media and shells together. Also keeps the media intact for frequent re-use.0 -
Wow! Now that is creative. With gas prices and the amount of brass I clean I would be in debt pretty quick. Not to mention all the basketballs I would need.[}:)] My truck leaks oil so after I use my media up I use it to soak up oil off the pavement. That is as cheap as I get. It works pretty good. 0
