what is going on?

I have been looking for some new fireball brass and I can find no one who has any, what is going on?

I don't know, but I keep finding Lapua .223 brass sized down to .221 fireball at our range. Someone in my mind has a lot more money than common sense.

Rem is not going to manufacture any 221 brass until mid 2008. Every supplier I know of is out. We will just have to wait for Rem to make more.

5mmgunguy , I'm almost certain that the fella at our locale gun shop has some new 221 FB brass , and I don't think it was all that much money ( his other brass is at a good price )If you want me to check on it , I will , I'll be going to see him sometime before the weekend .
This brass is loose and does not come in boxes , and not sure of the man. but the other brass was mostly win & rem.

I have to buy factory ammo for the 17rfb
I had a guy from GB send me a bag of 20-30 Thanks again.

How much do you need?? 100 pieces would last me several yrs.
