Wiping down cases
After wiping down lubed cases with alcohol I rinse out my rag.
My question is if I didn't rinse out my rags would they be subject to spontaneous combustion like and oily rag?

Probably not. The difference is that with alcohol, the flammable part evaporates off, unlike oily rags. 0 -
As long the rags are kept in a vented container the chances of spontaneous combustion is nil. If they are not kept in a vented container even rags damp with water can cause spontaneous combustion. 0
