Drill out primer hole and tap. Use a bolt and some flat washers and you save the cost of a stuck case remover.

I usually just unscrew my LEE dies' retaining collet and then tap on the decapper with a light hammer to see if it will come out. The Lee decapper is very hard and is fine with this. If it doesn't come out, then things are harder... and with RCBS and similar, harder still- that will bend their rods. I've crushed a few expander balls pounding them out with a punch....always great fun.

The threading thing never works for me. I can thread it, yes, but can never pull hard enough to get the case out. If it ripped off a rim.... well a lot of force is needed.

    Yep, always great fun.

Over the course of some 45 or so years, I have stuck 3 cases...and drilled and tapped and removed all three. Not something I like doing on any regular basis...[:D]
