    john33wcf,

This sounds like the 7mm US by E.A. Brown which is the 30-30 shortened and necked down to 7mm. It was created as a silhouette cartridge (Ultimate Silhouette - US). My guess is that the barrel is marked 7mm x 375 by MOA to indicate that it can be made from .375 Winchester brass instead of using the E.A. Brown designation which might have violated some protection they had for their cartridge design.

Here is a drawing and reloading information. Select the photo pages at the bottom of this page to enlarge them:

    john33wcf,

Yes, it is rimmed. The .375 Winchester is nearly identical to the 30-30 Win. except for the length and the obvious neck diameter.

One thing you should consider is to have the chamber cast to know for sure what the cartridge looks like. If you are getting empty cases that have been fireformed in the chamber then those will work. Hopefully, you will get the dies also. If not, use those links above to contact E.A. Brown for dies.

    Best.
