22BR velocity with 53 grain Bergers
I rechambered a problem Encore barrel to 22BR. What can I reasonably expect to see for MV shooting a 52-53 grain Flat based bullet? The 55 NBT's just don't hold groups out of this barrel.
I have some chrono work to do and am thinking of trying Benchmark powder comparing it to the tried and true Varget. 4895 seems to offer good potential in the 6BR according to my records. Has anybody found the 22BR to favor one thing over another?

I dont know about the 22 br But i can tell you that in my 223 benchmark powder is absolutely awesome I get .250 groups with it and a 50gr nosler ballistic tip
I would highly recommend Benchmark powder to anybody thinking of trying it [;)]0
