COWBOY LOAD FOR 44MAG 240GR WITH 232

I am looking for a cowboy load for 44mag. I have hugh amounts of 240gr Hornady JHP and 231 powder and Starline brass. I would like something around 800 - 900 fps. Can I go this low with jacketed bullets. How many grains? Jim
