browning a-bolt stalker- warranty
I have a 223 wssm with a 22 in barrel in a browning a-bolt stalker. I have read about the problems which some of the wssm owners are having on other forums. I have loaded five powders in 55 gr. I can not seem to get a group from any powder. My groups are moving with 3 and 4 inch groups being common. Their is no pattern in which the groups seem to shoot. My next step is to try a different scope but after that cause is elimated will browning take the gun back to inspect it for defects in workmanship? The gun is only three months old and costs too much not to have a shooter. If they do , how long does something like that take? thanks, joe.

How does it perform with factory ammo? 0 -
bp- I have not tried factory as of yet, but I am loading to all different depths, and not found the magic seating level. 0 -
Before doing anything else with your rifle or scope, I'd suggest trying some factory loads to see how it shoots. The WSSM's aren't the easiest rounds to handload for.
I'd also suggest taking a look at the WSSM Zone forum's reloading section http://www.wssmzone.com/forum/default.asp and search the archieves. You'll find a lot of good info there from many WSSM shooters who would be happy to assist you.0
