ChargeMaster binds with Win 296

Just used my Chargemaster combo (new model) for the first time. After seven charges of Win 296 the dispenser tube stopped rotating. Emptied and cleaned the unit, got the tube freed and rotating again. After five charges the tube stopped again. Stick powder (RL19 and 4198) worked fine but flake (Unique) bound up after 23 charges. Anyone else had problems with ball powder in a ChargeMaster?
