Lee turret primer arm sticking?

The little primer arm on my turret is sticking a bit and not dis-engaging (pivoting out) on the upward movement. Would it be ok to spray some Remington Dri-Lube on it to lessen some of the friction?

  Same thing happened to me.
  Look in the recess in the ram that the arm fits into.
  You'll find a burr that needs to be filed off.
  Sometimes the burr is so small that it's hardly noticeable.
  Mine works OK now.

  Thank you sir, a little filing of the ram and lightly rubbed the primer arm with steel wool...works perfectly now!!!
