Will dies from the major mfgs (Lyman, Lee, RCBS) fit on the other's presses?

  Allmost all current dies are 7/8 X 14 thread . so the short answer is Yes That said some dies for progressive presses have more of a taper at the end of the die to allow faster operation without hanging up on the mouth of the die. and some dies Dillon ETC have a way of pouring the powder thru the die. Star and some older LAYMAN had different size dies.

  only one i can think of that uses it's own exclusive dies is the square deal model from Dillon, other than that particular model perry covered the rest
