Winchester Case
46.5 grains of H-380
165 Grain Flat Base Soft Point Speer bullet
CCI Large Rifle Primer

  Speer Manual #13 lists this :
  Test Gun = Rem. 700 -- 22" bbl
  308 Win.
  165 gr Speer Bullet
  IMI case (commercial case with mil. spec. capacity, ie: w/thicker brass -- less capacity but higher pressure from same load in commercial capacity case).
  Primer = CCI Magnum Primer reccomended with this powder (ball powder).
  H-380 Powder:
  Start Load = 45.0 gr for 2251 fps
  Maximum Load = 49.0 gr (compressed load) for 2529 fps
