Pressure indications

I purchased a couple CZ-52's in the last year. One is a typical 7.62 x 25 mm. There is not a lot of loading data out there and what is there is all over the map and mostly on the weak side for Mauser's. Who makes the softest pistol primers that I could use as an indication of excessive pressure?

I have a second CZ-52 in 9 x 19 mm SAAMI pressures for this cartridge are 35,000 psi, can I load the 7.62 x 25 to the same pressures? What about 9mm plus P loads (+P or +P+) in the CZ-52?

  Federal makes the softest primer cups around. Next softest is probably Winchester. CCI make the hardest.
  
  Regarding your the second question, I wouldn't. Differing dimensions of a cartridge make a difference in what pressures a cartridge can be loaded to even if the model is the same. For example, 1911s can be bought in .38super (36,500psi) and .45acp (23,000psi); however, I wouldn't load .45acp up to .38super levels.
  I would stay away from +P and +P+ loads.
  
  From your questions, it appears you're reloading for the CZ-52; why bother with hot loads?

  I've" TRIED" to load for the 7.62X25 but I was not able to reproduce the punch crimp on the neck. This crimp is necessary in the CZ or the bullet will be pushed back in the case when it hits the ramp on the barrel. Good luck

  Lee makes a Factory Crimp Die for the 7.62 x 25.

  I have had the CZ's only a short while and have not more than just scratched the surface in load development.
  
  The reason for wanting to load to the capability of the gun is velocity is key to the 7.62 x 25 mistique. 1400 fps typical for 30 Mauser data is lame. Light bullets in 9 x 19 can do that. 7.62 x 25 factory loads have been clocked at over 1600 fps and I want to duplicate that but I want to have some idea of the pressures I am getting.
  
  I also like to experiment and have been testing .223 Timbs loads (sabotted 22 bullets in 7.62 x 25) I have gotten 40 gr. bullets up to 1900 fps but the action is still not cycling reliably and before I increase the powder charge or bullet weight I would like a better indication of pressures.
  
  Thus the question about primers, if my load does not even slightly flatten a soft primer then maybe I am clear to carefully increase the load.
  
  On crimping bullets: The sabots don't seem to need a crimp, very tight same for .311 dia. bullets but .308 fmj's are a problem. The fmj's do not have a channelure and I don't have a tapered crimp die.
