223 case to 204 Ruger - Possible?

Suggestions? I know the neck length will be shorter.

What would be a suggested starting load with H4895, 32 gr Hornady, and 223 cases?

  If you have a bunch of 223 and are short on $, it might be worth the trouble. Generally speaking, it's not worth the time involved in processing.
