old lee 3 die press for 308?

i have an old lee 3 die turret press that i only use for 357 max.i want too start reloading 308 and 223,can i buy 2 more die plates and dies for these 2 and use this press for loading my rifle rounds?i have a seperate powder thrower and i will use this press as a single stage press.just wondering if the lee turret press will hold up too rifle carts?whats your thoughts?thanks
