Alliant 5744 powder

Some time ago I bought an 8# jug of Alliant XMP and used it to load large cap. rifle ammo and .45 colt. I have lost the loading data sheet, cannot find it listed in any of my reloading manuals. Does anyone have any info on this powder? As I recall there were some loads for a 12 ga. shotgun on it.
