  I normaly load 6.2 gr with a 255 lead and that works well. Pearyw

  I run 6 grains even under a 260 grain pill. It is a lot of empty space, but Titegroup was specifically designed for small charges in big cases. It is one of the most position insensitive powders I've ever shot and I have many sub- one-inch groups at 25 yards from several different handguns using it. About the only drawbacks are that it has a arther nasty report and it is possible to double-charge with it.
  
  If you're looking for a bulkier powder, the new Trail Boss is designed to take up most of the space in the case and thereby preclude double-charging.
