need info for 55grn. bullet in 1 turn in 14 in. barrel.

  Hi,
  I tried 31 gr of Varget in a 12 twist 6BR. It went bang but I was not impressed with accuracy. I also shot 29 of N-133 it displayed vertical stringing also.
  
  It might be a place for you to start. They might shoot for you.
  
  I'll stick with 80 grain FB Bergers for now.

  You might luck out with H-322 and the 55gr Ballistic Tip in the 6br....... with a 1 in 14 twist.
