SPICE FOR 204 RUGER
JUST BOUGHT A 204 BARREL FOR THE ENCORE. FOUND EVERYTHING I NEED TO LOAD , EXCEPT LOADING INFO. WHAT POWDER & HOW MUCH TO START WORKING UP A GOOD LOAD.

I don't mean this to sound like criticism because it's not. You need to get at least 2 good reloading manuals or update your older manuals to get the most recent data such as the .204 Ruger. It's an expense that we have a hard time justifying when each one is about the cost of a can of powder or more, but it is necessary.
Lacking the newest of the reloading manuals, you can always use the internet to obtain the minimum resources online from the powder manufacturers. Even some of the bullet manufacturers have reloading data on their websites. It's not like having the manual but it can get you started in the right direction.
This will get you going but I suggest a couple of new manuals.

Not to argue, but I just bought a brand new copy of Lymans 48th book and it is missing the 204. I was very disapointed to say the least since I was planning on getting a 204 sometime in the next year hopefully.0 -

Unfortunately, the printing dates for Reloading Manuals aren't set by the release dates of new cartridges. Evidently, some of the manuals went to press before the manufacturers had a chance to set up their load testing. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to have a reasonably up-to-date reloading manual and two or more would be even better. They are an invaluable resource. You most assuredly didn't waste your money.

There are probably 100 loads at least in the links suppled but there maybe some overlaps. Still, when you consider that you can look up the rest of the bullet and powder manufactures on the internet and the reloading websites, you should get as many loads as you could possibly try. Remember that the powder/bullet makers are very helpful when the public is trying to work up loads with their respective products. Sierra even has a toll free HELP line for just such an instance.
Combine these with the links above and should have more loads than anyone else.
