Source of .312 Diameter Bullets for Mosin Nagant

I am beginning the process of gathering components for a little project to reload 7.62x54R cartridges for a Mosin Nagant rifle.
I know surplus ammo is cheaper but I wanted to see if I could get the rifle to be more accurate with better ammunition. I have a good source for all the components except the bullets.
I have slugged the bore on the rifle and it measures 0.313-inches, groove to groove. Therefore, for best accuracy, reloading with the .308 bullets are out of contention. Most of the surplus ammo, like Wolf, has a .3105 diameter which may be a little loose in this rifle's bore and I think it is effecting accuracy. The rifle is fitted with a scope, so regulating point of impact with the iron sights is not an issue so the bullet weight(s) can be flexible. In fact, I would like it to be flexible, but the choices are really limited.
I have gone to the various places like Graf, Midway, Huntington's and found a very limited selection of .312 bullets and that may just be the way it is because I know this is not a popular bullet size.
Does anybody know of any other source of .312 bullets? Any advice? What about a .311 bullet? Maybe a little experimenting?

I am getting 1" 5 shot groups with the remington 180 rn bullets. They are really consistant as far as weight, and are .312. My rifles bore is .313 also.
On the downside they are a Round nose design. But they are cheap.0 -
I get outstanding accuracy in my 7.7 Jap witht the 150-gr Hornaday's that nononsense posted. 0
