  For semi-exotic stuff I usually buy from GRafs.com , Midwayusa.com for most other rifle brass my 40 brass I generally buy off of Ebay.

  I saw that, but I am reluctant to purchase fired brass. For all I know, those cases might be done, or have one load left in them- I just dont like the idea of reloading cases I know absolutely nothing about.

  Just buy new 308 brass, lube the necks good, run it into a 338 die to start the neck, then run it into your 358 dies, trim to length. If you have a tapered expander you can skip the 338 step and just full length sizer the 308's.
