bperdue,
1-10" twist or 1-9" for 60 grs. 1-12" will stabilize 60 grs above 3000 fps. That shouldn't be a problem for a 22-250.0 -
does anyone make the 1-12" barrel as a factory standard? 0 -
Savage 12 Series Varmint
Savage Weather Warrior Series
Savage Package Series 10GXP30 -

and so does PacNor, and Hart, and Kreiger, and Broughton, and Shilen, and Lilja, and Mike Rock, and Gary Schneider, and Lothar Walther, and................[:D] 0 -
do you put barrels on yourself? if so i would be willing to pay for you to do it. i just don't like the gunsmith around here. he is a jackass and is 55 and still lives with his mom. he never left home. very few people go to him. my grandad took a 22 down there one time to get him to make a stock for it. 3 years later he still hadn't done anything. if not i will go ahead and get the 10gxp3. 0 -
I have heard some serious rave reviews of PacNor work. It is not uncommon for them to barrel and true/square your action in half the time of many others. Their prices are very competitive as well.[;)] 0 -

I had one pac-nor barreled action...I sold the rifle so's I could move and get into aviation...I wish I never did. 0
