Does anyone have a favorite .223 load using AA2230 and 55 to 60 gn. bullets? Also, would this be the same powder some older loading manuals refer to as MR223? Thanks.

  [8D]--I have a Rem. 700BDL with a 1/10 TWIST-but my favorite load is a 52 gr Sierra HP in match .223 cases with 24.2 gr of AA2230c and CCI BR4 primers. The end result is .209" 5/sht groups at 100 yds.BUT you have to be SO careful in MEASURING THE AA2230c because it is very SMALL BALL powder---[:o)][:o)]
