Reloading tips

I want to get into reloading shotgun shells. I have a Mossburg 935 semi that only shoots 3 and 3.5 inch shells. I want to load for target shooting, since it won't cycle the 2.75" target shells.
I don't think they make 3" target loads, do they? I haven't found any around here anyway.

Any suggestions on getting started?

  Jamci,I don't see why your gun wouldn't cycle 2 & 3/4 loads with 1&1/4 oz of 7&1/2 or 8 shot in front of 24 grains of Unique.I used to load this charge with #4 or #5 shot for hunting.Try that and see if it works in your gun,just a thought.
