New Reloader help

Well lets see i like to shoot 7mm wsm, .35rem, 45acp, what is a good loader and what supplies do i need and what kind of cost/or point me to a place that sells this equipment

  RCBS rock chucker press, redding dies, lee auto prime, holland deburring tool, sinclair primer pocket uniformer, a wilson or sinclair case trimmer, shell holders from RCBS. That should get you started.

  Stick with a redding, rcbs or hornady press. Single stage to start with. Even if you really get into handloading you will still need your single stage. I stick with those 3 names for dies also. I like reddings powder measurer and rcbs shell holders.
  
  When you start loading 45ACP be sure to get a taper crimp die. You will pull your hair out trying to get a roll crimp to work in a auto pistol. "Learned this from experience"
  
  Also don't be afraid to give a call to the manufactures. They have tech staff and if you are using there pruducts they are happy to help.

  I would add: a RCBS inertial bullet puller (hammer-style). All beginners make mistakes.

  All the brands listed are all good equipment, if you are unsure if reloading is right for you, do what I did, I started with Lee because of the price, After I found out I enjoyed reloading I switched over to better more expensive equipment. I sold my Lee stuff on an online auction and got most of my money back that I stuck into the Lee equipment.

  joker,don't overlook the Lyman Expert Kit,it has everything you'll need to start loading.Press,powder scales,powder measure,trimmer with all the pilots,manual,deburring tool,brushes,funnel.There might even be one set of dies with the kit,it's been a long time since I purchased my outfit.

  I really like the Lyman equiptment myself but the RCBS is found almost anywhere you go. Both are very good quality. A RCBS hand held primer tool is inexpensive and very handy for reloading.

  I just have to add my two cents. Buy the Hornady lock and load ap auto press.Being auto indexing is great for case prep. and will work for a life time and never have to upgrade. I broke a retainer spring and hornady sent me several no charge,,the darn thing is guarenteed for life so no risk. Costs a little more but I figure you wont have to ever buy another press so in theory you save some cash,,if you nuy from Cabelas,,they give you 50.00 back in cabela bucks,,that you can buy some dies or other tools. From there get you a good manual with the load data you are looking for. Follow some of the recipes and see what shoots the best from your guns.
