efficent powder for .243

I have a .243 barrel for my Encore that is 15" long. Most of the reloading books list slow to very slow powders for the .243.

Is there a medium buring rate powder that would be "most efficent" with 70-87gr. bullets in a 15" barrel?

  I have used varget with excellent results In an 18" 788 remington, very little bark and flash considering how short the barrel is.

  VihtaVuori N-150 and the 75 gr. VMAX in a 14" Encore. This will not be the highest velocity but it is accurate, burns clean and completely in the short barrels.

  h-414 is good powder for the 243
  
  Its really hard to soar with the Eagles, when you are stuck with turkeys!
