Best reloading/ loading powder for .50BMG?

According to your opinion what is the best powder to load the .50BMG and have execellant knockdown power with good accuracy.

What about loads for the 5.56 x 45 military cartridge.

  For the 223 - I have tried IMR3031 & Accurate 2230C - liked them both.

  Don't know if it is the best but I do know a few that like Hogdon 50BMG powder.
