  I tryed looking though my stuff but I can only find Plain 7mm/08 data

  Generally you can use the higher loads for the parent cartridge when loading for the Ackley's. A grain or two below the parent max load is a good place to start.

  stepping up 1-3 powders slower than the parent caliber used is always a good bet with the ackleys as well. Mine all prefer the powders on the slowest end of their load spectrum.
