Rem700 trigger

I have a Rem. 700 in 7mm mag. Currently the trigger is at 3.5 lbs. I would like to get it down to 2 lbs. or a little less. Is this realalistic to do? Which screws adjust what?There are 2 screws in front of the trigger and 1 behind it.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
