Can the Chinese ( or any other than the Russian) fit the 30 shot clip? Thanks,

I just bought a Chinese Sks and it dosn't have a bayonet lug on it. I have the bayonet that I just purchased here. I need to find a bayonet lug for it. Where do I find one. Thank you

125 grain bullet should get you around 2350 to 2500 fps.

Nunn, Baring the drag coefficient, which is not much of a factor on the SKS for the first few hundred feet, the rate of fall will be 32 feet per second squared, which is the same for all falling objects (again, provided the drag coefficient is not considered). Of course, the velocity of the SKS when thrown will depend on the energy of the thrower, but if thrown over a cliff, the falling object formula will probably be of greater interest.

It will also accelerate at 32fps/ps. That is the free-fall acceleration rate of gravity on falling objects.
