Does anybody know the lenght of a 1919 A4 machine gun barrel? ...AND the diameter? THX!

  Off the top of my head I'd guess at 1" dia.x 24"long with a 3/16 x 45deg. bevel at the muzzle and notches every 10 deg.at the shoulder for headspace click adjustments.Seriously, you might try and contact ohioordnanceworks.com, tnwcorp@aol.com, sales@jtdistributing.com or ARMEX at 916 453 0519. They all sell A-4 and A-6 barrels and maybe someone would measure one up for you.
