I believe the 85 is the "deluxe" version. The only real difference I remember is the ambidextrous safety and maybe different grips on the 85.If there any CZ experts on board, please check my response for accuracy and provide any additional information you have.

JudgeColt is right, I own one of each and have to look at them close to tell them apart sometimes,

I have owned both in the past, but sold my 85. Strange as it may seem, mags that work in the 75 will not always work in the 85. Not supposed to be that way, but that is my experience. Promags are especially bad about it.

So the 85's do have different grips? Funny this topic came up because I am seriously thinking about making one of these my next gun.

The 75's and the 85's do in fact take the same grip. The 85 has both an ambi safety as well as an ambi slide release. The 75 is set up for controls for a right handed user only. Their frames are the same as the 75 as long as we are comparing ones made in a similar time period. From the factory there has been a number of grips offered over the years.

One other difference: I think the 85 has adjustable sights.

The 85 has the option of adjustable sights and some used to come with an adjustable trigger stop, years ago too.

    Are the sights fully adjustable?

The adjustable sight came on the model 85 Combat version only. That model also came with wood grips.

The sight was only adjustable for elevation, but like most sights it was drift adjustable using a punch and a hammer.
