I've seen these go for $5000 in really nice shape, but so long as it is shootable you are looking at about $1500+. It is in .58 Caliber, I'm pretty sure.
"...hit your enemy in the belly, and kick him when he is down, and boil his prisoners in oil- if you take any- and torture his women and children. Then people will keep clear of you..." -Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fisher, speaking at the Hague Peace Conference in 1899.

Would need more information to give you an accurate value. All markings would be very helpful. Things like number of barrel bands, length of barrel, correct caliber, muzzleloader or breachloader are also important. Then you look at condition. Is the barrel bright or dark or rusted inside?Rust on the outside of the barrel or lockplate? Does it function properly? Is the stock cracked or cut down? Its fair to say that any original, unaltered Civil War rifle in fair condition or better would be worth at least a thousand dollars.
