.22Mag groups?

What kind of groups should someone expect to get with a .22mag lever action at 100yds.

  I've got an old Ithaca lever Model 72 that will put 5 shots into 1 inch at that distance.

  You don't say if you are using a scope or not. I'd say if you have iron sights and can keep it within 3" you are doing fine. With a scope it should tighten up considerably.

  I have a winchester 9422xtr in .22mag i put on a 3-9x32 scope.I didn't have alot of time to shoot the gun but at 75yds i could shoot 1" groups with no problem.I was just wondering what everybody was getting for groups with there .22's.

  I have an old Stevens Model 35 M I put a 5 shot group in 2 1/4 group last thursday>CAN YOU SAY STOKED?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hey, I was so excited I f'd up my post.that was at 200yds.I was actually not doing much less than an inch at 100.
