how reliable is 10/22 mag

Is it as good as 10/22lror do those long cases stick with just a little powder residue

  Mine always works fine. I have both the "hot lips" and the steel lip type. I think they're great. Get yourself a speedloader too.

  I meant 22 magnum I've had 10/22lr w/hot lipsand it worked great 700 rounds before it started to get powder fowled.two friends and I shot 550 rounds of federal(econo brick) in 1 hour w/no jams it got hotbut functioned perfectly, but the scope mount losened up.I am wondering if I can expect the same from 10/22 magnum.
