I told in another post about a sherrifs auction I went to. When it was over you (afer background check or carry license) simply give them the money and go, no paper work or anything. This seems odd after all the laws on filling out the yellow sheet.

  If the police agency does not have a firearm dealers license, they wouldn't have 4473's.
