Iver Johnson Enforcer M1
I have a few questions, Does anybody know what the current value for an Enforcer should be? Were the made well? Are they collectable? Any information that could be shared about this gun would be appreciated.Thanks. Greg

I had one about 15 years ago, jammed more than it shot. I paid 150 for it used, back then. 0 -
Thanks, I am now a little worried if it would be reliable. If there were jaming probelems and it is a M1 carbine could you replace what ever is causing the probelem? 0 -
Thanks SaX, I feel a little better. 0 -
Firepower. The problem is with the aftermarket types like universal. Make sure it is a ex-military weapon. 0 -
How would I know if it were an ex military gun? Thanks 0 -
Go by the maker. If it's made by one of the regular gun companies (ie:winchester, remington) or companies like international harvester, singer etc it's militery. When you look at one, ask if it is or is not. If they say, well it's not military, but it's made the same as, pass on it. 0 -
Maybe my understanding is wrong here but I thought the question concerned an Enforcer carbine pistol. To my knowledge, only Iver Johnson and Universal made this item, so there are NO military versions. However the IJ is almost an exact duplicate of the military carbines, whereas the Universal is not. If I'm wrong, someone correct me, please. 0
