HK Benelli M1 Super 90 Pre-ban

I have an HK Benelli M1 Super 90 Pre-ban with a field stock and 21" field barrel, 5 standard choke tubes a turkey choke a rifled choke and the 9 shot extension. maybe 500rds through this gun. What do you guys think its worth?? Use to use it for calling but have better luck with the AR.
