I would like to know some easy to find, high power, low penetration, ammunition. I don't want old wives tales, or ballistics boasts by the manufacturer, but some real experience in an accurate, commercial, bullet that will give up its' energy immediately so as to present as little danger as possible to innocent bystanders.I could load my own, but that gets you sued by politically correct lawyers.Thanks

  Magsafes and Glasers come to mind. They are known for their rapid energy dump and minimal penetration.

  Someone posted a link to a web site that is used by law enforcement to evaluate the best commercially suitable ammo. I'm having a senior moment & can't remember it but maybe someone else can post it for you. RG
