Ithaca Auto 10

I have a chance to buy an Ithaca 10 gauge Auto shotgun. What's it worth? I go to look it over next week and since I don't "need" the gun It would have to be a deal for me to purchase. Is this a reliable firearm? I have no experience with Ithaca. Any advice would be appreciated.
