Bridge Gun Works?

I have an old double barrel 12ga. shotgun that was made by "Bridge Gun Works" and I know nothing about this gun or this company...the only other markings on the gun are the words "Belgium tempered steel" that is stamped between the barrels and a 4 digit number where the barrels and the receiver come together. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
