Can anyone recomend a gunsmith to install a barrel on a model 70 Winchester? Preferably in the Omaha Ne. area.

  Am considering rebarrel on Remington Model 4, or Model 740, from 30-06 to .280. Anyone had experience along this line? Would enjoy the S/A feature for the .280. Would the clip magazine feed and behave correctly? Advise, Thanks, GW.
