Single Shot Shotguns with choke tubes

Besides trap models, does anyone make a fairly low cost single shot shotgun with choke tubes?

  Look for the Russian models that EAA markets. They came out with a single shot with a vent rib, chokes, and a price under $200. I think dealer costs are closer to $125. They're well made guns.
