Whats my AMT lightning 25/22 rifle worth?

I have heard that my AMT stainless rifle is worth $1500-$2000. It can interchange parts with ruger 10/22 rifles. I guess target shooters like to use the recievers with ruger bull barrels because it is stainless not alluminum. If anyone has info on the value it would be much appreciated!!THANKS!!!SEd
