I have a 10 22 that i have been shooting for 25 years. Cleaned it 2 times in 25 years. It still punches out the center at 50 yards. Is this normal? Must have put 100,000 rounds through it

  More people ruin guns by cleaning them than shooting them, especially small calibers. Usually this is from sectional cleaning rods cutting the rifling. If you're going to clean it, invest about 18 bucks in a one piece coated cleaning rod. Best money you'll ever spend on a 22.
