45 chambered round indicator for 1911

Does anyone know where one of these modified M1911 extractors can be obtained? They were available in the late 70s from a firm called Hi-quality Enterprises, Los angles, CA and cost aroud $20. I hope to avoid making one, any info would be appreciated.
