HiI have an old bolt action, single shot 22 Cal. rifle that I am looking for any info on. The only markings on it are ' Iver Johnson Arms and Cycle Works Model X'.Any info would be appreciated.ThanksRingwood

  If your shooting it, try and use standard velocity ammo. Some of those old ones will split the rim when high velocity is used and throw a little fire. Think it has to do with the bolt face.
